Our 80's is a crapshoot!
I got the idea for this blog when I was visiting my doctor for an annual checkup. My 76th birthday was looming. He said that for people between the ages of 60 and 70 health care is fairly clear. Diagnostics, procedures, processes, surgery, remedials, recovery, medicine, prescriptions… predictable results.

Treating people between 70 and 80 healthcare starts out pretty clear, fairly clear… but gets a little fuzzy. After 80… It’s a crapshoot. Not as much data on the octogenarians. And there are a flock of them on the horizon… right Boomers?

So if healthcare is like that, other areas or well being probably are too. So that’s what we’ll be exploring: What do our 80’s look like?

I’ll be sharing my personal stories and photographs as well as bringing in experts in various areas of well being: fitness, creativity, relationships, family, money, work, education… My expertise is in two areas… making stuff up and making mistakes…
